Established in 1996

If you've been wondering where "The Best Chowda & Clamcakes in Narragansett" have gone, wonder no more.

The Starboard Galley, formerly located at that little shack at the south end of the Narragansett Sea Wall, from 1996 through 2006, is open again for its second full season at 5 Angell Rd. Narragansett, RI 02882; right across from Scarborough beach.

Molly Marks and partner Tom Silvia are 20 year veterans of the local restaurant scene. In addition to running the Starboard Galley in Narragansett from 1996 to 2006, they also owned and ran Terms Italian Restaurant. "Our mission is to get people hooked on Chowder and clamcakes...one bowl, one cake at a time." said Tom Silvia. "In addition to Molly's grandmother's recipe for chowder and my original Clam Cake recipe, our menu has one not-so-secret ingredient: Fresh quality seafood. No fish is ever frozen."

We're looking forward to seeing our old friends at our new location and we are absolutely thrilled to be back in Narragansett!

Tom spent twenty years as a commercial Lobsterman so he knows his seafood, plus he's a generous guy, so skimpy portions are not in his DNA.

Come enjoy our game room with a Pool Table, Air Hockey and Video Games!
